Hops
The second main ingredient found in beer is hops. Hops are female flowers of the hop plant Humulus lupulus. Hops were first cultivated in around 736 in present-day Germany[1]. Today hops is mainly grown in Germany, the United States, China, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, North Korea, United Kingdom, Albania, and New Zealand.
